Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your product, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, and you would like to exchange a product for something more suitable, you may do this within 5 calendar days of purchasing the product from Paddy Deals. All products returned must be accompanied by a descriptive reason for the return and must include all the original accessories and undamaged packaging. Products returned in a non-resalable condition may be rejected or may incur a restocking fee. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee at our sole discretion if the product is damaged or if accessories and/or packaging needs to be replaced and we decide to accept the return.

Should a product be eligible for a return, you may request a return notice by clicking on the button below and fill out the form that appears. Our respective shipping company will then be dispatched to collect the product. Please ensure that there is someone at the premises to hand over the product to the dispatched driver. Should it happen that the dispatched driver finds no one, a fee of R50.00 will be charged to the customer every time the driver returns.

    Refund

    Please take note that Paddy Deals will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Please note that to process your refund the following documents are required:

    • Proof of purchase.
    • Proof of payment.
    • Banking Details (bank confirmation latter, or letter-head with banking details)

    Refund Policy Notes

    Please take careful note of the following.

    Refund can only be paid into the same account name and account holder, it was remitted from, with exception to a Credit Card payment.

    Refunds cannot be refunded to Credit Card, via EFT transfer.

    Hence, we would appreciate your assistance in providing details of your Cheque (Current) or Savings account, in the same name as the Credit Card account name utilised for payment.

    Any form of payments must reflect in Paddy Deals’s banking account for ten (10) working days from date of payment, prior to refund.

    All refund requests are processed and payable on a Friday only.

    This is conditional to ALL the above information and documentation being received no later than Wednesday, prior to the Friday process day.

    If the above information and documentation is ONLY received after Wednesday, then refund will ONLY be affected by the following Friday.

    Refunds can be released between a minimum of 14 working days to a maximum of 28 working days, from the date of the refund request, dependent on the above information and documentation provided and availability of signatories to approve and effect the refund.
